Each step is set a number of days before or after the date you enter. Moving abroad starts nine months out with your move scope and ends with a review of your first week.

Change the plan's date and the app shows every step's new date before anything moves. Dates you set yourself and finished steps stay as they are.

What should I do before moving abroad?

The Moving abroad plan starts about nine months out: decide the scope of the move, review passports and important dates, research housing, make an inventory, outline costs, plan the home handover and mail, confirm movers, and pack arrival essentials. Each step has a date from your move day.

Can I change the move date later?

Yes. Enter the new date and the app previews every step's new date. Nothing changes until you confirm, and steps you completed or dated yourself are kept.

Can my partner see the plan?

With Complete, your partner joins the household through iCloud and sees the same plans, steps, and owners on their own iPhone.
