Refund policy

Complete is a $39.99 annual subscription. You can cancel renewal at any time. We review refund requests made within 14 days of an initial purchase or renewal, correct duplicate or incorrect charges, and review material service-access failures that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer protections.
